At time of checkout buyer has two options:
- "Check Out with Free Returns" for a fee of $1.98 per order. This option provides a free return label or exchange label in the returns portal, if necessary;
- "Checkout without free returns". This option will incur a return label fee in the event of a return or exchange
Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 days of item receipt
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
